Student Life

St. John’s Lutheran School exists to provide a well-rounded Christ-Centered quality education to students in Pre-Kindergarten – 8th grade. Our teachers actively seek to provide a learning environment that will engage students and nurture them spiritually, academically, emotionally and socially. By bringing Jesus Christ into the lives of students and their families, they are equipped for service to the world as they share the Good News.

In addition to the quality classroom based education that every student receives at St. John’s, our students are provided numerous opportunities to develop socially and spiritually outside of the classroom setting.  Some of those opportunities include the support of National and World-Wide mission projects such as Feed My Starving Children and the Lutheran Church Charities Comfort Dogs program.  Closer to home, our students provide service in support of their local community by working with organizations like Walcamp Outdoor Ministries, Lawrence Hall and Little Angels.  Finally, within the walls of St. John’s, students may also participate in our music program, Athletic program, and other special programs designed to provide students an opportunity to explore their interests before entering High School.

Within this section of the website, you will find Photo Galleries of activities (coming soon), resources to help academically (coming soon), information about our Music and Athletic programs, and much more.  If you are currently a student at St. John’s, and there are resources that you would like to see added to this section, please give that information to your teacher or the school office and they will pass the information on for further review.
