An Evening in Paris

For the first time, St. John’s Lutheran Church will be holding our annual auction to benefit St. John’s Lutheran School on an online platform!

We have over 150 awesome items to bid on – many contributed from St. John’s families, local Elgin businesses, and more!  Our theme this year is “An Evening in Paris.”

To Register for An Evening in Paris:

Please go to https://stjohnselgin.ejoinme.org/aneveninginparis

On the Registration page, you can also invite friends and family members to join via Facebook, e-mail, and LinkedIn.

The online auction will run from December 4th at 5 pm through December 11th at 5 pm.  All sales are final, and you must be able to pick up your item at St. John’s on December 12th

We are looking forward to a fun week and hope you will join us!  Please take your time and look at all the items up for bidding, we have Paris-themed baskets, items for kids, your home, a big screen tv, and more!  This could be the perfect place to find that gift you’ve been looking for!

If you are not interested in bidding, we hope you would consider “Raising the Paddle” or making a donation to support St. John’s.

COVID-19 Update

At St. John's Lutheran School we believe that a child needs In Person Learning. Studies have shown that students are able to concentrate better because there are fewer distractions. Evidence also shows that Distance Learning may create social and emotional problems which could be damaging down the road. In an In Person environment students have better interaction and communication. That is why at St. John's Lutheran School we have been offering safe In Person Learning since August 26, 2020. There are a limited number of seats available for the remainder of this school year. We have also begun accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year. Enroll now! Contact the school office at 847-741-7633
